What is Secret RF?
Secret™ RF is a revolutionary, bipolar radio frequency fractional microneedling system that delivers heat energy to improve fine lines, wrinkles, and scars on the face, neck, chest, and body. With little to no downtime, Secret™ RF tightens skin, reduces pores, improves scars, lightens pigmentation, and minimizes stretch marks.
How does Secret™ RF microneedling work?
Secret RF Microneedling uses minimally invasive gold plated micro-needles, in 25-pin or 64-pin square array to deliver precisely controlled RF energy into the deeper layers of the dermis while avoiding damage to the epidermis at the skin surface. This produces a fractionated denaturing of dermal tissue, stimulating new collagen and elastin production, but without the downtime of a fractionated laser treatment.
Secret™ RF Microneedling addresses the following issues:

- Mild to moderate skin laxity on face, neck, and chest

What will I experience during my Secret™ RF treatment?
We recommend proper preparation with good hydration: drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and apply the Pure HA Serum that we provide, twice daily for 1-2 weeks prior to your treatment. On the day of your treatment, you will have a strong topical numbing cream applied to the treatment area to make you as comfortable as possible. After cleansing your treatment area of numbing cream, the appropriate needle tip will be used to treat the area, with the correct number of passes to target the problem. You may experience just a sensation of pressure to a prickling momentary heat sensation as the RF energy is delivered, especially on sensitive areas such as around the lips and eyes.
What is Agnes RF?
Agnes RF is best for tackling specific problem areas on the face: eye bags, upper and lower eyelid sagging or wrinkles, jowls, and loss of jawline definition due to excess fat and lax skin, or undesired fat and skin fullness in the submental region.
Agnes RF is a truly innovative, non-surgical device that allows Dr. Alice Kuntz to safely, effectively and non-invasively, sculpt and contour the jawline, jowl area and double chin and treat under-eye bags. There is no other device that can offer these long lasting results of tightening skin and removing fat from the face and neck without the side effects and downtime of a surgical procedure.
This FDA-approved device uses monopolar radio frequency (RF) energy via micro-insulated single and triple needle tips. These specialized needles target tissues deep to the epidermis to achieve tightening, sculpting and fat melting. And because therapy is gentle, it can be used to treat almost any patient, regardless of skin color or type. Some of the concerns that can be addressed are the following:

What is the downtime after treatment?
The smaller the treatment area, the shorter the recovery time. There may be only mild redness that subsides within a 1-3 days depending on the area treated. Swelling and minimal bruising are normal for a few days up to a week. If more intensive treatment is performed for sculpting of larger areas such as the jowls and jawline, there can be moderate swelling that resolves over 1-2 weeks or longer.
There is mild to no discomfort after the treatment, but it is normal to experience altered sensation (numbness or slightly prickly sensation) of your treated skin. This sensation will resolve over several days to weeks. You will be able to resume regular activities that day. We recommend gentle handling of the treated area for 48 hours, and to avoid sun exposure to treated skin for 2 weeks to avoid the possibility of hyperpigmentation.
When will I see results?
There will be some immediate tightening visible. However, most of the changes due to the production of new collagen and elastin and remodeling of this new tissue will take place over 1-2 months after treatment. It also takes several weeks for your body’s clean-up crew to remove disrupted fat cells from the treated area.
How many treatments will I need?
Although there may be noticeable improvement with even one treatment, optimal results usually require 2-3 treatments, spaced 2-3 months apart. For Acne treatments, 4 sessions are typically recommended, one month apart.
